Wild-Caught from the North Atlantic
We specialize in North Atlantic sea cucumber (Cucumaria frondosa), harvested from the cold waters along Canada’s Atlantic coast. Our sea cucumbers are wild caught under a harvest management strategy developed in coordination with Fisheries and Oceans Canada and processed at our facility in Nova Scotia.
With a focus on quality and careful processing, we bring this distinctive Canadian seafood product to markets around the world.
